I am looking to buy a Fiat Punt 2001, it will either be a 1.2 16v Petrol or a 1.9 JTD, the petrol is 47MPG and the diesel is 57MPG. My question is this... what modifications and tuning can be done to increase the BHP on each and is one easier than the other to gain more BHP and then costs involved would be helpfull,As a quick starter there's always colour coding bumpers and handles, bodykits, alloys, spoliers, head and tail light upgrades, vinyl and decals.The simplest in terms of fitting woul be to take the alloys and kit from a model higher in the range...mk2 sporting alloys and skitrts are pretty popular on lower models.
