How much anti freeze/coolant in a 1.2 stilo??

Hi people does anyone know how much coolant is in the stilo 1.2 non air/con model and what is the mix to anti-freeze? is it 50/50? reason for asking the thermostat is playing up temp goes past the first line towards the second then drops down heating is luke warm so thinking its stuck open have a new thermostat coming for
