Ok, so we all know these cars arn't fast but 20 years ago 100hp in an econo type car would have been fantastic. So I got to thinking what was the least powerfull car I've ever owned. During high school I had an '83 Civic 3dr with a 1.3l that made 55hp. Can any one beat that?
